- Contractual relationship

The user (customer) acknowledges that he considers Gebhaly Company to be his agent in following up on all purchases from outside Egypt, customs clearance, and paying all customs dues and taxes to the competent tax and customs authorities, in the purchases listed from him on Gebhaly website, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the authorities. The client must acknowledge his legal capacity to contract and act, and that he does not have any impediments or impediments to capacity.

- Subscription and registration

- Each customer is allowed to register only one account.

- Every customer is primarily responsible for maintaining his account and password.

- The customer acknowledges his full responsibility for the accuracy of the data listed on  Gebhaly website during the registration process.

- Gebhaly has the right to request all documents to ensure the accuracy of the data. If his name is entered differently than the national ID card, a fine of 1,000 pounds will be applied.

- Gebhaly has the right to suspend the customer’s account, deactivate it, and cancel all his orders in the event that he is late in providing Gebhaly with the required official documents.

- Gebhaly has the right to suspend the user’s account without consulting the user in the event that he violates any of the agreed upon company policies

- Order products

- The customer is fully responsible for verifying the specifications of the products, such as (colors - sizes) according to the data contained on the seller’s website.

- The weight mentioned on the seller’s page is an approximate weight and may not be correct. It is under the seller’s responsibility and Gebhaly has no role in determining the weight.

- Gebhaly Company's responsibility is limited to completing the purchase process from the seller, delivering it to the customer, and customs clearance, and it has no involvement in the selected products.

- The customer must provide us with the official documents required to complete purchases for the customer. These documents are considered confidential and cannot be circulated or disclosed to others, with the exception of official government agencies.

- Purchases

- There is no maximum limit for the items that can be added to the shopping cart in one order

- In the case of requesting any product that requires approval from the supplying body, for example: (Telecommunications Regulatory Authority - Ministry of Health - Public Security), a copy of the national ID card is requested from the customer and all the required papers are for the supplying body, and in the event that his name is entered differently from the card The national number will be subject to a fine of 1,000 pounds

- The instructions of government agencies regarding the maximum limit per customer for some products must be taken into account, including, for example, products that require approvals from either the Ministry of Communications or the Ministry of Health, such as mobile phones, nutritional supplements, Bluetooth devices, and wireless devices, which is estimated at two products per customer annually.

- In the case of requesting spare parts for cars or motorcycles, a valid driver’s license may be required, and if his name is entered differently than the national ID card, a fine of 500 pounds will be applied.

- Payments

- Payment can be made by credit cards, but Gebhaly is not responsible if the customer’s bank refuses to withdraw the amount required for us to complete the purchase process for the products.

- Gebhaly will not ask the customer for the full card number or his PIN

- The customer is fully responsible for the card used on our website

- Gebhaly Company has the right to reject any unsafe payment transaction and is committed to all decisions of the Central Bank of Egypt.

- Gebhaly Company does not accept payment in any virtual or encrypted currencies, and payment is made only in accordance with the provisions of Egyptian law (payment in Egyptian pounds only)

- After completing the review process by us within 3 working hours, the customer will be provided with the final prices via his email in the event of a difference in prices and informed of the final value of his order.

- The customer’s order will be purchased within another 3 working hours, after completing the payment process, according to the payment methods announced on the site, knowing that there are some locations and countries, such as Turkey and China, where the purchase process takes from two to three working days to complete the process.

- International shipping fees

- International shipping fees vary depending on whether the customer is subscribed to one Gebhaly packages or not.

- All prices announced on our website are merely approximate numbers. (For more information, please review the package prices and their various benefits)

- International shipping costs (order weight) are determined when the order arrives at our office in Cairo

- The weight added by Gebhaly during the review of the order is an approximate weight, but if the customer requests to know the weight of his order during the review process, the weight value is final.

- Note that each piece is weighed individually, with a minimum of 100 grams. For example, a piece weighing 70 grams will be weighed and calculated as approximately 100 grams.

- Internal shipping costs are determined by the seller and added to your order after the review process, and they are mandatory expenses that Gebhaly Company has no involvement in

- Gebhaly Packages

- Gebhaly can modify or cancel the package at any time without consulting the subscriber/customer.

- If the customer wishes to cancel the subscription from a paid-for package, the full subscription value will be refunded only to the customer if he did not use it for any purchases. However, if he used the package for any order, the package subscription value cannot be refunded to the customer, and only the customer has the right to use it. The rest of it.

- In the event of changing the package, if the customer wishes to change the subscription from his current package to a different package, this is possible only if he did not use his current package to fulfill any order, and the amount will be refunded to his wallet on Gebhaly website and he can then subscribe to one of the different Gebhaly packages. If the customer wants to change his package after using it, he can do so, but he will lose the remaining capacity + the package subscription.

- Gebhaly Packages

- Gebhaly can modify or cancel the package at any time without consulting the subscriber/customer.

- If the customer wishes to cancel the subscription from a paid-for package, the full subscription value will be refunded only to the customer if he did not use it for any purchases. However, if he used the package for any order, the package subscription value cannot be refunded to the customer, and only the customer has the right to use it. The rest of it.

- The use of coupons is based on the terms and conditions of each discount coupon individually

- It is not possible to use more than one coupon for one order and within the specified time period for the coupon.

- Knowing that the company has the right to cancel any coupon or discounts without any responsibility on it.

- Any offer or discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Return and refund

Gebhaly Company is responsible for purchasing the products with the same specifications that the customer clarified when ordering, knowing that some products may differ from the pictures shown by the seller, and we does not bear any legal responsibility in this matter.

• If you wish to cancel your order, we will contact the seller to ensure that the order can be canceled and it will be canceled only if the seller agrees to complete the cancellation process.

• In the event that the customer wishes to cancel his order after receiving it in Cairo, special return fees will apply and are determined based on the weight of the product and the seller’s conditions, provided that the return is within a specific period for each seller.

(Terms and conditions for each seller apply) The customer is informed of this, and in the event that the product is not returned to Gebhaly Company within the specified time and in the same original condition, the cancellation process is considered unavailable and the item is returned to the customer, and Gebhaly Company does not bear the slightest responsibility in that regard.

 Orders from (Turkey - China - UAE - UK) are excluded from returns. Gebhaly accepts the return of products to USA only

• Recovering the amount you paid will be done in the same way you paid

- In the case of payment by credit card: The amount will be refunded to your credit card within 10 to 14 working days, according to the customer’s bank, which is responsible for the entire process. Not Gebhaly or any other body.

- In the case of payment in cash at the company’s headquarters: - The value will be refunded through Gebhaly headquarters

• The user acknowledges that he is fully aware that the seller is solely responsible for the possibility of returning the products to him, and the seller has the right to accept or reject them without any responsibility on the part of Gebhaly Company.

- Gebhaly Company's responsibility

Gebhaly is not responsible for any delay on the part of the seller in delivering your order to one of its warehouses abroad or its agents.

• Some categories, such as (cosmetics, makeup, mobile phones, nutritional supplements, Bluetooth and wireless devices, etc.) may face a delay during the customs clearance process, so they may exceed the period specified for their arrival, and no responsibility falls on Gebhaly as a result of this delay.

Gebhaly is not responsible for the loss, damage, delay or customs clearance of any prohibited products in the event that the customer approves his order at his own risk, and the value of the order will not be refunded or returned again if it is confiscated or rejected by the Egyptian authorities, and the customer will be responsible Full responsibility for it.

Gebhaly deals with local shipping companies, as an intermediary to deliver your orders. These companies are solely responsible for their employees and representatives, but Gebhaly ensures and follows up on the quality of service provided to its customers by these companies.

• The customer’s product will be stored free of charge for a maximum period of 30 days from the date the order arrives at our office in Cairo. If it is not received within this period by the customer, it will be disposed of and the company will not bear any legal responsibility.

• Some products may arrive to us open or unpackaged due to the customs inspection and clearance process. In this case, the customer will not have the right to return the product or receive a refund.

Gebhaly guarantees defects resulting from shipping only, and we do not guarantee material or technical defects resulting from differences in electrical current.

Gebhaly does not guarantee the material/technical defects of used/refurbished products even if they do not conform to the specifications mentioned by the seller.

• If a damaged order is received from the shipping company, it must be reported within two days from the date of receipt (including regular and official holidays) so that the necessary action can be taken. If this is not done within the prescribed period, the customer’s right to file a complaint will be forfeited.

• If the order is received from our office, please ensure the condition of all products and all their contents as any complaint regarding non-receipt after leaving the office will not be considered.

Gebhaly is not responsible for the loss or damage of purchases due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances do not only include natural phenomena such as earthquakes, hurricanes, storms, floods, and fog, but also fires, plane crashes, wars, revolutions, production problems, power cuts, communication methods, or any other disruption, whether governmental or non-governmental.
